Terms of use

• A drop purchase gives you access to one game’s analysis for personal use. Do not republish, resell or redistribute it.
• Drops are delivered through Whop. Payment, refunds and access are handled under Whop’s terms as well as these.
• Because a drop is delivered immediately and loses its value once the game starts, sales are final except where consumer law in your jurisdiction says otherwise.
• The service is provided as is. To the extent the law allows, HourDrop is not liable for any loss arising from your use of it, including money staked on any event.
• Seats are limited per drop and a drop closes when its game starts. A drop that fails our numeric validation is never published.
• These terms are governed by the laws of the Province of Ontario.

Privacy

• This site sets no cookies and runs no analytics, advertising or tracking scripts.
• Your age confirmation is stored in your browser’s local storage on your own device. It is never sent anywhere.
• The live scores page requests public data directly from ESPN’s scoreboard, so ESPN receives your request the same way it would if you visited their site.
• Fonts are served by Google Fonts, which receives the request for the font files.
• If you buy a drop, Whop processes your payment and holds your account details under its own privacy policy. HourDrop never sees or stores your card.
• Reach us at the contact address on the HourDrop Whop store for any privacy request.
